Refund policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, including but not limited to weather conditions, change in lineup, or personal schedule conflicts. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy. In the event of a festival cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate next steps and any applicable credit or rescheduling options to all ticket holders. Thank you for your understanding and support. Malibu Food & Wine (“the Event Organizer”) shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, wildfires, floods, earthquakes)

  • Government actions or restrictions (e.g., health department shutdowns, changes in alcohol licensing, emergency regulations)

  • Public health emergencies (e.g., pandemic outbreaks, infectious disease alerts)

  • Acts of terrorism or threats thereof

  • Civil disturbances, riots, or protests

  • Labor disputes, strikes, or transportation issues

  • Power outages or infrastructure failures

  • Unsafe weather conditions as determined by local authorities or Event Organizer discretion

  • In the event of a Force Majeure, the Event Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

    • Reschedule the event to a later date and/or location;

    • Modify the scope or experience of the event while maintaining the core value of the ticket purchased;

    • Issue a credit or partial refund where deemed appropriate, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees.

    • By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees that such circumstances do not entitle them to a full refund or damages. The Event Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in a timely manner through official communication channels.
